#10 HOW TO MANAGE A FILM PROJECT

Sometimes you have to make compromises on your projects. Can you have a project that is GOOD, FAST and CHEAP at the same time? The answer is NO, its impossible. You can't have it all. When creating a project, clients must choose only two out of the three options. It's a reality of life, clients must deal with it. Filmmankers must deal with it.

If your work is GOOD and FAST, you client should be prepared to pay the price because it will be expensive. If its GOOD and CHEAP, you must be willing to work for a great discounted price and you may need to do that work in between paid jobs, so its gonna be a slow process. If the client want it CHEAP and FAST... Oh dear... You may be able to deliver what you promised on time, but its gonna look Trash. So make sure you explain to yoru client what you can do and what you can't. Don't make promises that you can't deliver. Don't shoot yourself on the foot. Good luck with your projects and don't forget to subscribe HERE
